Authorities Identify Billings Bicyclist Killed in Collision With Pickup
BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Officials have identified a bicyclist who was struck and killed by a pickup truck in Billings as a veteran who was living in a transitional living facility.
The Billings Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1QVtFEr ) that 39-year-old James Clark died Monday of injuries suffered when he was struck by the truck.
Clark was living at Independence Hall, a 20-bed men's transitional housing unit for veterans operated by Volunteers of American.
Police previously said Clark was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, but in a news release they said he was.
A visitation has been scheduled for Wednesday.
