Michael Bubinski was arrested on Saturday night after being asked to leave the Hilton Garden Inn by employees of the hotel. Deputy County Attorney Andrew Paul says Bubinski was arrested while carrying several weapons, including a .40 caliber handgun, a clip full of ammunition, several knives and a stun gun.

Bubinski was scheduled in court Monday afternoon but did not appear, so a warrant for his arrest has been issued. Reportedly, Babinski fled across the border to Idaho, but returned and was captured last night. He will appear in court Tuesday afternoon.
