Congressman Denny Rehberg announced today that he was cosponsoring H.R. 3676. The bill would amend the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) by saying that "no United States citizen may be detained against his or her will without all the rights of due process afforded to the citizen in a court ordained or established by or under Article III of the Constitution of the United States." Rehberg explains why he co-sponsored the bill.

The NDAA bill has come under fire recently by many who see it as an example of government overreach.
