An Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning for a 1-year-old boy who authorities believed to be in danger.

The Amber Alert issued for 1 year-old Brayden Blasius has been canceled because the baby has been found safe in Washington State.

Spokesman Jason Johnson with the Missoula County Sheriff's Department confirmed the news Sunday at about noon.

"Ultimately, the vehicle was located in Washington State at about 10:45 a.m. and the child was safe. We have a report that someone is in custody, but that is still unconfirmed," Johnson said.

Johnson confirmed that the Amber Alert had been cancelled because the child had been found Sunday morning.

1-year-old Brayden Blasius was last seen in Kalispell, Montana. He is white, with blond hair and blue eyes. He is believed to be about 20", and weighs approximately 23 lbs.

Police say Brayden may be in the company of 23-year-old Bryndi Gibson and 28-year-old Beau Blasius. Bryndi is a white female with green eyes. She is believed to be 5'7", 230 lbs. Beau is a white male with red hair and green eyes. He is believed to be about 5'10", weighing 190 lbs.

 

Authorities say Bryndi and Beau are Brayden's non-custodial parents and took Brayden without permission. They may be under the influence of drugs and were last seen in Kalispell.

They are believed to be driving a 1994 Chevrolet pickup with Montana license plate #771282A and could be heading to Chehalis, WA.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
