After today’s announcement by the Missoula County Attorney’s Office that no wrongdoing was found in the recent Missoula County Mill Levy Election, I spoke with MCSP Superintendent Dr. Alex Apostle. That brief interview is attached.
Missoula CPA Patty Lovaas says she is continuing her efforts to have the election
declared null and void with a lawsuit against the Missoula County Commissioners. That litigation is ongoing.
