The Montana House has moved a bill to the Senate to do away with Missoula’s Anti-discrimination Ordinance. Civil Rights Attorney Roberta Zenker  says it’s really a matter to be decided in the courts, not the legislature.

 The Missoula City Council voted in favor of the ordinance on a 10 to 2 vote.
