I, like most people, try to eat healthy most of the time. But, every once in a while I crave something fried or sweet. What if I told you that you could indulge in a guilty pleasure, and not feel quite so guilty about it? I have found six such foods that fall into this category. So, the next time you have a hankering for some Burger King or Dairy Queen, go ahead and give in. All of the guilty pleasures listed below are 400 calories or less.

Burger King – The BK Single Stacker comes in at only 370 calories. Indulge in a delicious flame broiled burger and leave the fries for another day.

Dairy Queen – The All Beef Chili Dog has only 330 calories. Hot dogs are about as American as you can get. Add some slow cooked chili and this would make any Osprey fan drool.

Haagen-Dazs – The Five Milk Chocolate (1/2 cup) ice cream is only 220 calories. It seems like a sin for ice cream to taste so good and have so few calories.

McDonald's – The McDouble weighs in at 390 calories. I know it seems like an oxymoron to say that something at McDonald’s is under 400 calories, but it’s true (even if it is just barely under.)

Wendy's – The original Frosty (small) is just 300 calories. A thick chocolately milkshake never tasted so guilt free before.

Ben & Jerry's – The Half Baked frozen yogurt (1/2 cup) is a mere 180 calories. A dessert with so few calories is a dessert you can eat every day.
