A $30,000 warrant has been issued for Jordan Bahr by the Missoula County Attorney's Office for an alleged rape that occurred in October of last year.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark described the circumstances that led to the charge of felony sexual intercourse without consent.

"Last October, Jane Doe was out with some friends, and one of those people was Jordan Bahr," Clark began. "The individuals had all been drinking. On the way home she had stopped at his house because she had had too much to drink to continue, and while she was at his house he raped her."

Clark said authorities are searching for Bahr's whereabouts so that the warrant can be served.

"It's believed that he's out of sate, and once he's located he will be brought back to Missoula to enter a plea to these charges," said Clark. "The penalty that he is facing is not less than two years and not more than 100 years in the Montana State Prison, and a $50,000 fine."

Court documents state that Missoula police had interviewed Bahr about the incident, but he left the area before the charges could be filed, and an arrest could be made.
