Governor Brian Schweitzer has signed the legislature's top measure aimed at cracking down on drunken driving. The "24/7" program was overwhelmingly endorsed by lawmakers, before they adjourned, and had the strong backing of Attorney General Steve Bullock. Bullock says the pilot project has proven successful in keeping repeat offenders sober.  Yellowstone County Attorney Scott Twito says it will  make a big difference, by intervening earlier with repeat DUI offenders.
