21 Year-Old Man Charged With Felony Sex Crimes [AUDIO]

21 year-old Kyle Eugene Avery appeared in Missoula Justice Court Tuesday afternoon charged with two felony counts of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of sexual assault. Avery allegedly sexually assaulted three different women over a period ranging from August 2^nd to September 4^th. I spoke with Missoula Deputy County Kirsten Pabst LaCroix about the charges on Tuesday. That interview is attached.

Avery is in the Missoula County Jail on $200,000 bond.
